Okay - the first one is:  www.localwineevents.com .  This is a great site that lists a variety of
tasting events across the country -- not just in Boston.  This comes in handy to those of you
 who travel and would like to find things to do while you're vacationing or -- just in those "downtimes"
during business travel.  Yes -- we advertise our tastings there, and a special kudos goes out
to Eric Orange-- he does a great job running and organizing the site, and most importantly keeping it
FREE so small businesses like us have a chance to advertise!  Another great thing about this site is you can sign up to be prompted whenever a new event is added to the areas you're interested in.

The second one is:  www.oxfordwineroom.com .  Again, another really great resource for
finding schedules on wine tastings throughout the New England area.   It's a great source of information, and is growing rapidly.  It's also got a great listing of local wineries so that we New Englanders don't miss out on the tasting experience since Napa isn't' exactly "down the street".  This site also deserves a big "thumbs up" for  keeping their site FREE so us small store owners are able to do a little advertising!

Interestingly enough, the information you find on these sites doesn't usually "overlap".  You will find our tasting information is present on both sites-- but I have found that isn't the norm with most other contributors. 

We hope that you will find those sites interesting and useful -- and please remember -- I shared with you!  So don't find a "new favorite" wine shop..... (again, I'm chuckling... it's all in fun!)
